Our MBA course is tailor-made for professionals looking for a pathway to help further their career. Read about the entry requirements and who can apply.

The Man Met MBA programme is tailor-made for ambitious professionals who are already well-established in a business environment, and who want a clear path to help further their career.

You don’t need to have a degree to earn a place on our MBA programme. Professionals who have acquired a good level of business experience can enrol, but there are certain criteria you will need to meet for your application to be accepted.

Look at all the information available to you on our main MBA page before you apply, to see if it’s the right option for you at this moment in time.

You should also take the points below into consideration, because the MBA is a big commitment – even a life-changing one.

Professionals who meet our MBA entry requirements

We want to attract the brightest and best prospects onto our MBA course. Designed with professionals in mind, we only welcome applicants who meet the criteria outlined in our entry requirements.

Before starting your application, take a look at our alumnus to see if you have anything in common with them – you’ll be able to learn about how the MBA helped boost their careers, and how it's changed since they enrolled.

Quite simply, the best thing you can do is ensure that you tick all the boxes that we ask for – including meeting one of the two entry criteria, providing strong employer references to support your application, and (if it’s not your first language) evidence of your English proficiency.

If you don’t currently meet the requirements, there’s no need to worry. We have two intakes every year: January and October. Once you’ve built up your business acumen even further, you’ll be able to apply again and embark on the professional journey of a lifetime.

Professionals who can study alongside existing work commitments

There are two study options available: 30 months or our accelerated 18-month programme. Both are designed to ensure minimal disruption to your day-to-day working and personal lives, and have in fact been tailor-made to ensure your route to graduation is as clear as possible.

Your employer might also facilitate your studies and allow you to learn alongside your current work, but may ask you to commit to them for a set period after you have earned your accreditation.

Take a look at our course timetables for more information and to see which option suits you best.
